Chasu bowl, pork and veg over rice is delicious. They point out that the sauce, optional, has soy sauce and is not GF. This is ok for me, but not great for those no more sensitive than me.

They have gluten free noodles on the menu but no gluten free broths. I have no idea why they would do this. Potentially dangerous for those that assume there would be gluten free options.
No
Friendly wait staff informed us that none of the broths are gluten free!

Definitely doesn't have anything GF except noodles. The online menu says it has gluten free ramen but when I called 2 times both people I talked with said none of the broth or sauces are gluten free. So the menu should be changed before someone gets sick.
I'm giving this one star because this restaurant does not have true gluten free options. They have gluten free noodles, but the broth, the sauces, and other ingredients are not gluten free, so there are no ramen dishes here that can be made gluten free. Therefore, there is no point in dining here if you want to order a gluten free dish.

Only one true gluten free option which was a Tomato based vegetable broth with their gluten free noodles. Delicious and worth the experience for a ramen house. Dropped one star due to the fact that they offer gluten free noodles for practically all their ramens but the signature broths are NOT gluten free (makes no sense to me, must be a fad thing for others with no actual sensitivity to gluten).
