Terrible experience for an up-market restaurant. Informed them I was coeliac on booking, and when at the restaurant. Discussed coeliac alternatives to menu, ordered coeliac version of entree. They brought the entree with gluten in it. Since it was hidden inside, did not realise until I had my first mouthful. When informed, there was a slight 'sorry' we will bring you a different meal. Lack of acknowledgment and needed to inform the head waiter at time of paying. They took my details to call and check in the next day, no call...no check in. Very disappointing, would not recommend to any coeliacs as they clearly don't understand the gravity of what they did.
