What a wonderful little drink shops, they make gourmet sodas after explaining to them why I needed to get gluten-free for my partner and explained that the secondary soda brand that they were using was not celiac safe they were wonderful and made my partner a drink that was completely celiac safe. They were willing to show me containers of product that they use so I could look and make sure that it was 100% safe. They wash their hands right in front of me and made his drink special so that there would be no cross contamination of any kind very impressed.
