The gf crust is a crispy cauliflower variety. It was pretty good. I had a gf wild mushroom pizza and didn’t get sick. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 on safety is because I’m not sure what their cross contamination policies are.

Not too many options, but the Italian sausage pizza was very tasty.

I went eat here right when they opened and got the pizza, they understood the precautions to take and sat and chatted with the owner for a while during the wait. Really felt like he wanted to understand celiac and what it takes to feed us. Will go back for sure!
