They use same panini press for all sandwiches ..said they would clean grill for sandwich but either did not do it or they are so highly cross contamination everywhere else that I got sick anyways.

Celiac friendly. Truly amazing Taos area sandwiches, market, etc. best gluten free paninis, sweet potato muffins. Safe, accommodating, and couldn’t be nicer.
