Chicken and shrimp combo plates are GF and delicious! Beware of cross contamination on the side salad if you are eating in the restaurant. The side salad bowl is in the sandwich station and they grab the mix with the same gloves they flip the bread with. Other than that I’ve not had any red flags at sol food. Would recommend!

Tasty food. The manager assured me everything is gluten free aside from noodles and sandwich bread. Separate fryer for tostones, shrimp, etc. He said if you tell them you're Celiac then they'll take extra precautions preparing food.

Most items are gluten-free, but they mark items as “wheat free” instead of as gluten free which is a little weird (and maybe a little suspicious?) but I asked and they said the items were gluten free. Food was good

I literally get sick every time I eat here, I think it’s due to cross contamination in the kitchen.

One of my number one spots for dinner. Cheap and good. They mark their menu and I’ve tried quite a few dishes fried and untried and have never felt sick.

I ordered the Chuletas Fritas which were good. I was told they use a separate fryer for everything. Gluten free items are labeled and many of the items were gluten free.
