Sol Food

Sol Food works great for our daughter! We already don’t eat meat but she loves the rice, beans, and plantains. Most of the food on the menu is naturally gluten free and when I asked questions the server talked me through them all and made us feel better. We’ve come here several times now and my daughter never gets sick!

This restaurant is mostly gluten-free. The only gluten is if you add toast or sandwich to your meal. I am very sensitive and have not had a celiac reaction. My stomach does not like the tostones... I don't know why, but it is not the usual celiac reaction. The spices on the chicken are wonderful

Delicious! I asked a lot of questions and had the vegetarian combination with pink beans and fries. I also had the mango smoothie and questioned the wheat-free-ness of the compostable straw so didn't use it.
