This place is amazing. I live in another city and don’t make it here as often as I’d like but I’ve never had a single thing that was disappointing (which is especially impressive given how difficult GF baking is). Wish there were more savory options but there seem to be more this time than last.

Wow this was a surprise. I got a quiche which was HUGE, I ended up eating it for two meals. I also got a strawberry shortcake square and it was to DIE for. I might have the name wrong but it was 100% delicious!

I stopped here passing by for work so I didn’t have any expectations. I walked in and the place is beautiful. It’s a lot bigger on the inside. Everything in the display case looked amazing, you could say I was overwhelmed. 😂

I got an iced chai latte, carrot cake, earl grey and chai flavored macaroons.. and then the woman behind the counter asked me if I wanted something savory!! SHE PULLED OUT A ROLL SITUATION WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND SPINACH! It was heaven. She heated it up for me. 12/10.

Purchased 5 items so we could sample them together. We had brownie, Basque cheesecake, vegan cheesecake, s’mores cookie, and German chocolate cake. We had more than we could eat, and enjoyed what was left later at home. All items

were so moist and flavorful. The service was friendly and helpful. Even if you do not require gluten free, I challenge you to try the bakery items. They compete with any baked goods I have ever enjoyed! Five stars plus for Solei👍

OMG. This place is FANTASTIC. We were passing by Ocala and got off the interstate to go to SaraFay's GF Bakery. I saw this one on the app and decided to try it instead. SO FREAKING GOOD!! Better than anything I remember getting from Sara Fay's (although in fairness it's been nearly 3 years since I was there and they may have gotten better and better). But where to start.. the strawberry cake pops, the guava blondies, the salted caramel ginormous cake slices, the cinnamon rolls all are just to die for. And the huge, fat cookies. It's probably a good thing I live 5 hours away or I'd be there every day and weigh 400lbs!!! I haven't asked but I need to know if they will ship!!! I took a dairy free pistachio treat to a friend and she said it was one of the best things she had ever eaten. My favorite GF place in all of Florida used to be Craft Kafe in St Pete, but it just may have changed to Soleil Bakery!!

Let me tell you how stinkin excited I was to find this place! I’ve visited a couple times now and feel like a ‘normal’ person ordering at a restaurant! No need to ask 500 awkward questions… My family and I have tried a little bit of everything when it comes to the bakery items. Cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, tarts… to die for! Most things are on the sweeter side, so make sure to come with a sweet tooth for the bakery items! Wish I could give more than 5 stars, truly! Thank you to the owners and workers for the work, effort, and love put into it all. It’s nice to feel ‘normal’.

While shopping in downtown Ocala, I ducked into this bakery when the skies unexpectedly opened up. I thought I would order a cup of coffee and wait out the storm. While placing my order, I asked the cashier if they happened to have anything gluten free, and that’s when it happened! The young man replied, “It’s all gluten-free.” You could have knocked me over with a feather! There were no signs posted about everything being gluten-free. I believe that people will fall in love with their tasty desserts and then find out that it’s all gluten-free. Sneaky! I love it! If the delicious cookie that I ate was indicative of the rest of their desserts, then we’re all in for some fabulous treats!

I came all the way from NY to get these pistachio muffins and HOLY MOLY they did not disappoint! This is the one bakery I’ve seen in all my time traveling that has VARIETY! I say sooo many other flavors of cupcakes other than vanilla&chocolate! And they have macarons and so many more incredible things on their menu! The only thing I will say though is that their selection for dairy free is kind of limited which is annoying due to most people with celiac also have issues with dairy but I was able to get a good amount of things there! Very happy with my experience!

I went there for the cinnamon rolls. I wasn't disappointed. They were delicious! The baker was very helpful and showed me the ingredients as I am intolerant to oats and corn. It's a lovely place where people can sit and visit while eating gluten free food. I wish I lived closer as it would be a great place to visit more often. Great service online too.

Cool bakery, coffee shop and beer/wine bar in downtown Ocala! Has an urban vibe with plenty of seating. All of their baked goods are gluten free! I tried the cheesecake, cinnamon roll, a Reese’s cookie, and strawberry cake. All were excellent! They probably had 30 different options to choose from. Wish I could’ve tried them all!

This place is a must visit if you have celiacs. Go out of your way if you must.

I’ve been gf for a couple of years due to intolerance and a close friend recently was diagnosed celiac. I was trying to demonstrate how life without gluten is not the end of the world, and took her into Soleil. Y’all this place is seriously amazing!! That Basque Cheesecake is literally the best thing I have ever put in my mouth! Owner/operator was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in every product they offered. She has multiple children with celiac and has used her knowledge of the disease to perfect her products!! Every single thing we tried, which was a lot, was absolutely delicious!

I highly recommend! The food is amazing! I have NEVER had any issues here. They’re so knowledgeable and sweet. We go here at least once a week. I have tested numerous things in my NIMA device and everything has always been “gluten free”. You can’t even tell these desserts are gluten free, they’re the best I’ve ever had anywhere! They even have vegan options for those that can’t do dairy like me.
