The fries are fried in beef fat and in a separate fryer, so delicious! I got the burger, which you can’t get the bun OR ONION RINGS, but it was still pretty good, definitely above average taste. a lot of the gf items are salads, but they look a lot more interesting than basic restaurant salads. The waiter was especially helpful with my questions and went to ask the chef about things while I was ordering and came back quickly. Overall a good way to experience Louisiana food while GF (though regrettably the classics are not GF).
