Knowledgeable staff, very willing to modify dishes to be celiac friendly. Must tell the waitstaff you must have gf, and they will do everything to be super careful. I've eaten nere several times and never had an issue.

Knowledgeable staff and good selection. Ask what dishes can be prepared gf for someone with an allergy. Kitchen is knowledgeable and there are lots of safe options as long as they know what you need. Chips fried in dedicated frier, salsa is safe.
