Great experience at Somerset. My friend called ahead and they notated our reservation was to be entirely GF. She knows the chef personally and they really went above and beyond. The majority of the menu was able to be customized to be GF. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable as to what could and couldn’t be prepared GF w/o cross contamination. We tried the tuna sashimi, the risotto, Brussels, mashed potatoes, street corn, endives, foie gras, and something blueberry compote for dessert. While ordering, our server Jamie asked if I was sensitive to cross contamination, noted on the order I was celiac, and had the kitchen prepare the Brussels in a pan instead of in the fryer. Simply amazing service, atmosphere and such good food! I felt so safe the whole time, from both gluten and COVID. The greenhouses outside are so cute!!
