Something Sweet Without Wheat makes the hands-down, most delicious GF products in the area! I worked with SSWW for three years in both their retail and factory settings, and can't say enough good things about this business. The staff genuinely cares about offering only the highest quality products to their customers. The care and planning which goes into creating new recipes is something truly special. Much of this passion stems from the owner, Christine, as she herself is afflicted with severe intolerances.
