Vegan and largely GF. I had a wonderful smoothie (the optimist). There are oats on the menu so if you’re overly sensitive avoid any of the bowls/smoothies made with oats. A little disappointed that they had Nice Bites GF muffins, but they were on the same cake stand as regular muffins (muffins not made on site, so it wouldn’t take much for them to remedy this). Still, I enjoyed my smoothie and it’s nice to have another GF and DF option.
