Sonny’s BBQ is great. They have a list of menu items that have allergies. You can look at the list and ask questions from there.

Most all meats are GF as We’ll as sauces. No GF fryer. I usually get sliced pork or ribs and double baked beans. They also have corn on the cob and baked potato. NO BREAD

Tasty food, good portions. The bbq sauce is gluten free. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about GF options. The hostess was gluten sensitive, and told me she wouldn’t trust the kitchen on super busy days if cross contamination bothers me without triple checking they are following the right procedure. Both she and my waitress told the kitchen I was super sensitive and to change their gloves and clean off the kitchen space. When the food came out a man from the kitchen came with it to assure me they had taken precautions to avoid cross contamination. I have eaten here twice and have not gotten sick.

Great for a plate of delicious meat with cole slaw and beans. All of the BBQ sauces are gluten free. The website has a good list of options.

Pretty good, especially if you are eating with people who are not GF. All sauces are GF and all meats. They do not have GF buns. But fry’s and potato salad are GF.

This is a chicken and rib place. If you look up their menu they have tons of gluten-free options. All their sauces except for one or gluten-free.
