Their gluten free pizza crust looks and tastes so much like their traditional. even my non-gluten-free husband had a hard time telling the difference. high-quality and delicious local ingredients. And an absolutely beautiful space.

The hostess warned that there could be cross contamination but they take precautions. I’m celiac and very sensitive. I had a gluten free pizza and it was the best I’ve had since Rome, Italy! Very good and I didn’t get sick! Not to say it’s not a risk with the flour in the kitchen so eat at your own risk, but I was good.
