We went to the restaurant as learned they could modify meals to be gluten free. I ordered hot and sour soup and Mongolian beef, tasted great, large portions, reasonably priced.

Really great option. They will accommodate GF they use Tamari or a yam flour for frying if requesting GF
I have gone here on multiple occasions and staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

They said most of their menu can be made GF. The items that are battered can be done in a different flour but it is a shared fryer. There is plenty to order from that is not battered. I had the Mongolian beef, Szechuan beef, almond chicken and egg drop soup!! No reaction.
