My son has Celiac. Before his diagnosis Sophia’s was a family favorite and thanks to Sophia’s GF options, it still is. My son really enjoys the Chorizo tacos and also enjoys variety of sandwiches on theIR GF bread. Sophia and her staff take proper precautions and my son has never had an issue. Sophia and her staff took the time to explore menu options with my son when he was first diagnosed, which made him very comfortable eating there GF.

Great gluten free choices. The French dip on gf bread was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Sophia's takes gluten free seriously. When asked, Sophia was able to explain her gluten free protocol in great detail without my having to ask a ton of questions. There is a separate prep area in the kitchen for gluten free foods, separate cutting boards & knives are used, etc. I was considering using Sophia's to cater a rehearsal dinner so ate lunch there to "test" the food taste & safety. When ordering a gluten free sandwich, the clerk was courteous & polite (no eye rolls like we often encounter) and assured me that all proper gf protocols would be taken. The turkey & brie gf wrap was delicious and I did not get sick. Sophia went above & beyond to provide safe gluten free sandwiches for the rehearsal dinner. Neither myself or another gf person got sick from the food - a huge WIN WIN!

Very friendly. I reached out before dining asking what brand of gluten free bread they had. They use UDI's for the white bread, Rich's for the multigrain bread and Tumaro's for the gluten free wrap. I got the arugula and pear salad and it was delicious. Nice atmosphere in a really neat new neighborhood and Is BYOB. No reactions and looking forward to going back!
