Sophie's Bagels

Gave me beef that had been sitting on the counter, not under any heat lamps, for 2 hrs and then told me “beef is safe unrefrigerated for 4 hrs.” Would not refund me my money and I refused to eat spoiled food. NEVER EAT HERE!
