Review of Sophon

Visited @SophonSeattle for their soft opening, and it's created quite a buzz in Seattle! @EaterSeattle called Sophon one of the most anticipated openings of 2024, and trust me, the hype is REAL. Named after the owner, Karuna Long’s mom, Sophon, the food pays homage to Khmer cuisine and Cambodia. From the decor to the drinks and food, everything was intentional. Menus were labeled and had lots of GF options. Our favorite was the Kroeung Chicken & Mushroom Khmeraage. We will be back soon if we can snag a table - reservations on @opentable 🌟πŸ₯‚
