Amazing place with delicious, celiac safe food. Might be my favorite meal in Seattle! The staff go out of their way to make you feel safe and well taken care of, even on a busy night. The chef came out to talk to me directly and walked me through the menu (which is almost entirely GF!) and happily answered any questions I had. They were also very careful about cocktails and avoiding anything that could have cross contact. Majority of the kitchen is GF so cross contamination is naturally low. I felt very safe and felt great all week and I am very sensitive!
