Review of Sorrento's Italian Bistro

Sorrentos is a great little Italian restaurant that has been open for 5 months. They have gluten free pasta and are all very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Especially the Server Victoria. She has a child with celiac disease and understands cross contamination. They can make a lot of their entrees gluten free. The owner Jennifer was amazing, she is very friendly and outgoing. Jennifer said she is currently working on establishing a gluten free menu. I ordered chicken franseca and it was great. Didn't feel sick either.
