Got glutened here :/ the first time i went I ordered the gluten free udon and had no issues but this second time the same order has given me a fairly severe reaction

Ordered the GF Udon, and the server didn't check for allergens or say anything about their process.

Turns out, the rice noodles are NOT udon,upon, just rice...noodles. and the dish is actually not a soup dish, but a salad with rice noodles in the same bowl. They put vinaigrette in the salad next to the sweet chili sauce noodles...

The noodles were overcooked and falling apart, and I am not full after eating
