Every time my partner and his family (also celiac) have been we have never had any issues. The server (and the one time we got the owner) said he can make anything gluten free and seemed quite knowledgeable. They have gluten free soy sauce and, from our experience, they always made sure to let us know the items they were delivering were gluten free. They have a very wide range of gluten free items and all are incredibly tasty.

I have a severe shellfish allergy, which I made clear to the restaurant. However, I unknowingly ordered pad thai, not realizing it contained oyster sauce, resulting in an allergic reaction. After calling the restaurant, they confirmed the presence of oyster sauce and advised me to stop eating it. Consequently, I'm now hesitant to trust the menu options for my gluten or shellfish intolerance due to concerns about cross-contamination and the staff's knowledge.

Best sushi! They’re very knowledgeable about GF and always write it all over my order, and put it in separate boxes.

We went there because of the amazing reviews. The menu is marked clearly and the people that prepare the meals seem to be knowledgeable about the ingredients. They answered my questions cleary and easily.
However our server didnt pay much attention to me as he forgot to bring gluten free soy sauce, and some of my sashimi came in contact with some kind of crispy coating that definitely had wheat in it. Im still not sure if the soy sauce was actually gluten free, or if there was some contamination as I’m already reacting to something only 3-4hours after eating here.
I will not go back but I marked my review “unsure” as it was the server, not the establishment that failed. (They should have trained the server but we know how rare that is)
Their tuna sashimi is not gluten free. How and why, I dont know. But again this tells me that this place isnt as safe as the previous reviews suggest. Tuna should be gluten free on its own. If it’s fresh and clean without any additional ingredients.
Edit: i changed it to unsafe as I’m definitely reacting to something even though I only ordered GF stuff. Perhaps there was some other contamination that i missed(other than the crispy thing I saw and avoided on my sashimi...)

Great experience. Very knowledgeable and ensures everything is safe from cross contamination. They also have gluten free soy sauce!

Service was excellent, menu well marked, staff is knowledgeable and will bring gluten free soya sauce in a separate coloured container so as not to confuse with regular soya sauce
