They have an online menu with all the GF items marked. They changed gloves and got new utensils as soon as I said gluten allergy. It was delicious.

The guy cutting meat said all the meats were gluten free (didn't ask about the sauce). We had the ribs, brisket, & sausage...everything was delicious! Will definitely visit one of their DFW locations 😊
