***edited 9/8/2021 I was glutened after eating here on 9/2. Had salad and soup. So I’ve updated my recommendation.
The first time I came in the owner took my order. She said most all sandwiches can be made GF. Make sure to tell them allergy precautions. The order taker should tell the kitchen allergy and they changes gloves and clean area. The first time there did fine. I had the ultimate club sandwich and mushroom and garlic soup. Second time a young gal maybe 17-18yo took my order, I told her allergy but she did NOT announce to kitchen. I then popped my head in their kitchen window and saw the owner and let her know allergy. She looked a little annoyed the gal who took my order did not announce that to them. So just make sure you tell the kitchen or the cashier does. Second time I had the Italian sandwich which was AMAZING, as well as the Greek salad. I did not get sick either time!
