Souper Pho & Banh Mi

Newly diagnosed Celiac so pretty wary of eating out at any place that isn’t dedicated. Pho is typically gluten free because of rice noodles, but I asked if the rice noodles and egg noodles were cooked in the same water. They were, but our waiter asked the kitchen to boil mine separately. 24+ hours later and I’m symptom free! They also had a menu with Boba tea flavors that indicated which ones were gluten free (will be back to try).

Doesn’t hurt that this was some of the best pho I’ve ever had! Great atmosphere, service, and food. Highly recommend.
