The waitress was knowledgeable about cross contamination and steered me towards acceptable menu items. I had a cauliflower appetizer that is usually prepared in the fryer but they pan fried it for me. I had a number of options on the main menu and went with a duck confit that was tasty. And a decent panna cotta for dessert. The gluten-eating members of my party were pleased as well.
