The entire kitchen is visible. We had tacos and quesadillas with no reaction. Bi-lingual is a plus!

The owner/chef was there to confirm that the tortillas are corn, and the lamb tacos are gluten free (I didn't ask about everything else). 2 days later, still feel great! Great food.
