Poor selection, overpriced, lots of cross contamination

This is the dining hall of university of Michigan but it is open to the public as well. They have gluten free menu items clearly marked on the menu and the university staff is clearly trained in allergen prevention in order to safely feed their celiac students. They also have a dedicated gluten free room that you need a keycard to access but celiacs are able to. The menu rotates but there is gf pizza, waffles, sandwiches, fresh fruit and a salad bar, a taco bar, a rib station, chili, many types of chicken, etc. Decent food too. Very good ice cream. A great place for celiac college students.
