Separate toaster for the bun. The staff change their gloves before handling the bun. Make sure to ask for uncontaminated toppings. They can pull lettuce and tomatoes from unopened containers. Fries are gluten free as well. Cooked in dedicated fryer.

I love NYF so this was a clear winner for me. Burger AND fries?!? Amazing. They have a small separate toaster for the GF buns and separate toppings that haven't been reached into with gluteny gloves. I watched the people preparing my food swap their gloves multiple times.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten ingredients. Food tasted great. Gf bun fell apart while eating. They did put cheese on one of the gluten free Burgers even though we did not ask for it and they are a celiac with a dairy allergy. They changed gloves and bagged each person's order separately.

This was the best burger I have ever had. The gluten free buns don’t fall apart and the burger was so juicy. They have a gluten free fryer so I could have fries or sweet potato fries, which are also very good. The place was very clean and the service was so nice and also very fast.

Super great! They knew everything about cross contamination and were very willing to get new bins of everything to make sure there was no cross contact. They offered gluten free buns and toasted them in a separate toaster. They also had a separate fryer for fries. It was delicious!!
