I just called to Verify and although the batter is gluten-free, the fryer is not. she did suggest though that the more people request it, the higher chance of them, offering a dedicated fryer. so if you're interested, I suggest you call and let them know.

Personally, safe gluten free fried chicken would be fantastic!.

I absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was helpful and had great knowledge about the menu and what could and couldn't be made gluten free. The food itself is awesome! I've had the fried chicken and oysters and flounder! I was personally concerned the food would be too spicy but it was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend!

Although the menu does not say anything about gluten free options, they can make all their fried food gluten free. They are known for their fried chicken, and their gluten free version was delicious. It does take a little longer, but they did use a separate fryer. Be sure to ask for gluten free fries too, as the manager mentioned they normally dredge them.
