A must for celiacs!! I can’t believe this place isn’t higher on the list. The staff is so knowledgeable and most of the menu is gluten free. The food is delicious and we ate here twice in the weekend we were in town.

The sweets all look good. We tried the peanut butter cup/bar which was very good, rich. Our group had the Elvis waffles. Not overly sweet. But great flavor and texture. Would come back again. Felt totally safe eating here.

I eat here regularly and have not had any issues. Formerly, the entire restaurant was gluten free, but they now have some gluten-containing items on their menu. The menu does have labeling for gluten. I ate here recently, after they started to have gluten in the restaurant, and I did not get sick. The poke bowl and the pad thai are my favorite entrees. The smoothies are great too. It can be a bit pricey, but everything is super healthy and delicious. The restaurant is also vegan, but I still love it as an omnivore.

This Cafe is gluten free and vegan. I had the cashew cheese grilled cheese with their Broccoli "Cheddar" soup and it was Devine

I suggest their bowls for the best bang for your buck. It is also vegan, but dont let that scare you. Check em out!

Not a dedicated gluten free facility as they state. All items are listed on menu as gluten free but they have regular bread for sandwiches and toasties if requested. Disappointing. Also a vegan place.

They offer gluten containing sour dough bread for sandwiches, although the menu and website list dedicated gluten free and vegan. Cross contamination risk for sandwiches. Waffle iron is completely gluten free. Our 6 and 10 year olds enjoyed plain waffles with chocolate chips. My husband and I enjoyed our “The Works” waffle. My celiac daughter did not have a reaction.

Although delicious, this restaurant is not 100% gluten free as stated on their website. I got incredibly sick after eating here - more sick than I think I’ve been since being diagnosed as celiac 10 years ago.
