Staff was clueless about gluten, at one point asked me if it was sugar. Line was an absolute mess of things having dropped into each other. I was told that the sauces in the bottles are not GF (or maybe they have sugar, who knows). They were willing to get my mix ins from the fridge and I avoided the toppings at the end and anything that wasn't a single ingredient. The crayfish tasted extremely fishy...I'm not sure if that is normal or not (I haven't had crayfish in at least 20 years). The "Sriracha mayo" had absolutely no taste and no heat. My husband (no gluten issues) had diarrhea afterwards and I vomited multiple times about 4 hours later (not my usual gluten reaction).
