Everything is cooked in the same fryer. French fries say gluten free,but you need to ask to have them cooked separately in a pan. Hard lesson learned. If it says GF on the menu, double check, triple check and then ask the cook.

Be aware if you have celiac disease. No dedicated fryer, even though fries and other items are marked on the menu. Always ask. I had the jambalaya and it was delicious. Would order again.

Gluten free marked. Good food and friendly staff. Asked for a soft crab to be sautéed and NO flour, no problem!! Excellent!!!
