We ate in the huge cafe inside the museum. Gf candy, chips, juices available a la carte. Also salads, fruit, hard-boiled eggs available. At the hot stations, we asked at each station about options. The pizza station has cauliflower crusts in separate pans, same oven, we decided to skip this. We ordered pulled brisket sandwich (no bun) which is an option when you order at the kiosk. We also learned the fries are dedicated so we got fries & coleslaw and Gatorade and had a very happy, tasty experience. Next day, no issues for person with celiac.
