They have an allergen menu on which the items without gluten ingredients are clearly marked. The server immediately pointed out that some items marked gluten free are fried in shared oil, and helped point out and verify that what I ordered didn't have anything fried. The food was amazing: I got the manchego (without the crackers), avocado goat cheese salad, and beef tripe chickpea stew.
