Gluten free crust unwrapped for order cooked in tin pan that comes out with your order. Toppings come out of refrigerator instead of from where the rest of the pizzas get theirs. Salad prep area is opposite from where they mix pizza crust dough. All the flour all over everyone and used for dusting surfaces to make them non stick is actually rice flour. In other words: Regular pizza crust IS wheat flour and most be avoided along with someone who just mixed it, but it's not the same as what they use all over the kitchen. Vegan cheese also available.
