Staff was exceptionally careful and asked lots of questions. Gluten and other allergies were attended to. Fantastic service and yummy food. I had a salad and cauliflower crust pizza.

Wow! Not only are there quite a few items on their menu already marked gluten free, but you can get any pizza made with a gluten free or cauliflower crust and all of their pasta with gluten free pasta! Only one of their non-pasta/pizza entrees isn't marked gluten free, and that is the chicken Parmesan. There are four entrees that are gluten free right off the bat. They have one appetizer that is gluten free and they also have three whole desserts on their menu that are gluten free! The staff was so sweet on the phone and took the time to tell us about the menu and what was available.

We called about an hour before close, so they ended up being out of some stuff, but I still was able to get an extremely delicious pepperoni pizza and it seriously didn't taste any different than regular pizza crust! This was our second time eating Sparrow, first time being gluten free. If you have a chance to visit them for dine-in, their cocktails are simply amazing! The first time we went the bartender spent about 20 minutes at the end of our meal chatting with us and making us special cocktails on the house because he was so excited about his job and that the restaurant lets them create their own concoctions that may end up on the menu. The staff is so friendly and really seems like they enjoy their jobs, which means the restaurant must be taking care of them because service jobs are difficult.
