They are a new restaurant in the area. The menu is labeled well with gluten free options. The head chef came out and talked to us once he heard my son had Celiacs. He said that nothing goes into the fryer that has gluten. When something says beer batter or beer cheese sauce they use the gluten free beer that is on tap. He said he tries to use gluten free flour when ever possible like in their spatzel and cheese curds. Yes gluten free cheese curds! Being a new place that have a smaller menu but working on expanding like having a gluten free fish fry! My son had no issues after eating there.
