As the Owner of SPECIAL COURSES I have taught my employees step to prevent cross transfer. We offer Udi’s Gluten free buns at no additional cost. 90% of our ingredients are gluten free. All of our sauce are gluten free. We have a dedicated sauce that we out on our burgers for our gluten free customers. We do not fry any gluten in any of our fryers.
