The menu here is extremely limited (a few types of espresso and cold brew, a small selection of pastries I believe are not made on-site). All the coffee ingredients are gf, including the oat milk (Chobani Barista). I felt comfortable not mentioning having celiac here, and I got coffee here twice without having any gluteny symptoms. The espresso is awesome and the cold brew concentrate was way better than any cold brew I’ve had before. They roast their own coffee beans and the quality is clear.
