The staff was very knowledge about celiac disease and helping to prevent cross-contamination. The waiter was able to tell me which items were safe, and he went the extra mile as to check with the kitchen staff before putting my order in the system. I ordered the chicken saag with rice and a mango lassi. Many items on their menu are GF, but avoid anything that could be fried as there is only one fryer. Definitely avoid the buffet they have set up, I watched a fellow patron cross-contaminate the rice spoon by touching it to a samosa before my eyes.
