After learning that this location had a separate oven for gluten free pizzas, I made the 30 mile drive to check it out. I ordered a mushroom pizza on original gf crust with DF cheese and a Greek salad without fete cheese. Both, the pizza and salad tested positive for gluten with my Nima Partners gluten sensors. This was disappointing, but my wife enjoyed them for lunch the next day.

Excellent pizza, I’ve had for years and never had an issue.

The Olathe location has a separate oven for gluten free pizzas. So I always get the larger size here! I’ve watched them change their gloves when handling my food and put a sticker seal on the pizza box. Very well trained staff and pretty much all of them can answer any questions you have.

They definitely go out of your way to make sure you don’t get sick!

The apple and sausage pizza is the best!

Not celiac friendly at all. They place the pizza in the oven on flour from previous piZZAS. PiZZAS are made in same location as other piZZAS and there is flour on every surface.

Love their pizzas and salads!!

I think it depends on who is working. Flavors are good l, but I do have some issues after eating here. I do not think this is a good option for celiacs.

I had the sausage and apple GF pizza. Thin crust and a little burnt, but pretty tasty. They buy the gf crusts outside to avoid cc. Not too much too it, my husband and I split a 12 inch and I was still hungry.

You do order up front which I didn't realize, and sat down with my menu for about 20 minutes before I figured it out, which was a bit frustrating.

They charge $3 extra for GF pizza.

Good. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but a pleasant dining experience overall.

The best gluten free pizza I have ever had! Plus, I did not have any reaction to it at all! That is rare when I eat out. The gf flat bread and salad were delicious as well.

Great staff! Very friendly and knowledgeable about both gluten and dairy allergies. My husband and I shared a 14” cauliflower crust. Where we live I can only get a personal size gluten free, so this was amazing!
