I called and they happily told me which sauces were gluten free. When I got there, the same info was on a sign on the wall. I told them I needed gluten free and they immediately went to the back (not sure if it was to change gloves or to get the sesame shoyu sauce--i was too busy reading the menu to notice). the worker was very knowledgeable about which things had gluten. unfortunately, the bowls usually come with free seaweed or crab on the side which he offered me but then quickly caught himself and told me they contained gluten.I have no noticeable reaction to gluten so I cannot say anything about cross contamination and/or getting sick. But as someone who's new to this, it was very nice to have workers who knew what had or didn't have gluten in it.
