I know the owners and have come here for ages - they’re known for their pizza especially, and while it’s their glutenous crust that makes them popular, they also have a GF option so we GF folks don’t feel left out! The way they cook their pizzas avoids the contamination of a flour-coated pizza oven, and I have never gotten sick eating here. Many of their salads can be GF too depending on the dressing, and just ask for no croutons.
