I ordered a GF bun for my sandwich and fries as a side. Someone (owner?) came out of the kitchen as soon as he saw the ticket to let me know they have a shared fryer .
Not a ton of options, but what they have is good.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were super honest upfront and said they do have a high probability of cross contamination and if I had a really bad allergy that I probably shouldn’t eat here. They do have GF buns and a good selection of sandwiches and burgers.

Not Celiac Safe. Although we were extremely pleased with their service, they very clearly stated that their gluten-free food was cross contaminated. They were completely honest about cross contamination and can answer any questions. Ended up having no side, as fries/tater tots are fried in a shared. The GF bun is normally toasted in a shared toaster, so please be careful. Thank you Split Rail Eats for the wonderful service and honesty.
