Spotted Horse Tavern

Awful. Checked the menu before going to see what they had to offer - saw gluten free pasta and was excited. Turns out, they have no gluten free pasta at all and very few options/information. Server said the menu was out of date but it was published online a couple of weeks ago so I don’t buy it. Would not go back or trust they have good gluten free food.

2/2 on not getting glutened here! Menu isn't marked, but staff will mark down allergies. Definitely no dedicated prep space, not sure about the fryers.

I ordered the pan seared salmon w/ sweet potatoes and bok choy (without the vinagrette) both times I've been here for a work lunch. No symptoms, but it's possibly I've just been really lucky.

Either way, salmon was great & still feel great! *** This was at the Shelton Location ***

Not very GF friendly - esp for kids

No GF menu but staff was very helpful with accommodating me. Went for brunch and got steak (no sauce) and eggs without toast it was delicious
