Called and spoke to chef earlier on phone and he said anything can be custom made for me. Waitress was extremely helpful in going back to chef to ask questions. Ordered a salad with grilled chicken added and dressing on side. When it arrived, I was unsure about the dressing, so I asked to be sure, and it had gluten! I was promptly brought oil and vinegar. I was hopeful with his precautions that he takes and I asked him to take it serious like an allergy, but I was disappointed overall.
