Service always is great. They strive to reduce cross-contamination, and I have never had a reaction to gluten from eating here, which is about 1x/week.

Only one staff member seemed knowledgeable about gluten free but did provide options. They did have gf bread and the food looked and tasted great but I was definitely glutened, prob the worse I have been glutened in a long time. I had high hopes this would be a new go to spot but alas it will not be. I would NOT recommend for anyone looking GF options.

Really great atmosphere and staff! Not too many GF choices food wise. (GF flatbread is available and can be substituted for all but was told they cannot assure no contamination.) Great for just a coffee though!

This is a hidden gem. It's located on the base. They have gluten free flat bread and Liz lovely cookies.
