There seem to be a number of gluten free items on the menu but the personnel don't seem knowledgeable. For example, I was told that the crab stuffed mushrooms were gluten free. They looked suspicious so we had the server ask the chef what the binding agent was for the crab meat. I was told it was just Ritz crackers and not bread so it was gluten free. Thankfully, I dodged that bullet but another one got me and I'm still recovering.

This server was knowledge about gluten free eating. They have a specific steak that is served with gluten-free seasoning and the same for ribs.
